Responsibilities

Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Manage employees’ grievances
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR functions
Handle detailed documentation of employees
Counseling employees as and when required
Identifying any HR-related issues and finding solutions for them, Critical Thinking
Plan and Design Employee’s performance metrics
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
Performing other miscellaneous duties as and when required
