Role Overview

Were on the lookout for an HR Coordinator to support our operations across Gujrat.

This role will function as a regional HR generalist, being the single point of contact (SPOC) for all employees in the region.

Youll act as a bridge between our on-ground teams and the central HR function ensuring seamless communication, efficient HR operations, and a great employee experience.

Additionally, youll also support the Talent Acquisition team during hiring or whenever additional bandwidth is required in sourcing, screening, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the HR representative for our Gujrat employees, acting as their primary point of contact.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with the central HR team for smooth execution of all HR processes.

Maintain accurate employee records and provide timely updates to the central HR database.

Partner with local managers and teams to identify HR needs and provide proactive support.

Support exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding where applicable.
