HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can manage day-to-day HR operations such as hiring, payroll/salary calculation, HR policies, and employee management.

The candidate must be strong in recruitment and HR operations.

• ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end hiring (posting jobs, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Prepare & update HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
• Handle salary calculation, payroll data, attendance & leave management.
• Maintain employee records, documents, and compliance.
• Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
• Resolve employee queries and support daily HR operations.
• Help with performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with MS Excel and HR/payroll tools.
• Understanding of labor laws (basic level).
• Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR (operations + recruitment).
