Job Description
- Recruitment for warehouse and office staff
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, ID cards, and employee records
- Maintain daily attendance, leave, shift, and overtime records
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Prepare payroll inputs, incentives, and deductions
- Handle contract manpower and vendor coordination
- Ensure discipline, safety, and shop-floor compliance
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, audits)
- Maintain compliance records, registers, and returns
