✅ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

✅ Support performance management and HR compliance activities

What We’re Looking For:✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations/recruitment

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
