Job Description – Big Basket – HR Department

DESIGNATION:             HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

REPORTS TO:              HR Manager

PLACE OF POSTING        RO Gujarat – Ahmedabad

No of positions- 5

JOB OVERVIEW:          

·      Assist the HR department in transactional and transformational activities of the department- With major focus to Recruitment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

RECRUITMENT

·      Sourcing resumes from Job portals, references and own / colleagues network.

·      Sourcing resumes from networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn) / social media (FB etc.)

·      Screening resumes and candidates (if / when required) for the interview on the following criteria – communication skills, current experience, current and expected salary package, education, notice period and family background

·      Following up and scheduling interviews with candidates for the HR team / Departments

·      Taking preliminary telephonic / personal interview (when and if required) for shortlisting and determining candidate’s goals and suitability for the position

·      Meeting target for vacancies filled and people placed

·      Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization ( if / when required)

·      Co-ordinating with recruitment agencies for sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes

·      Conducting background checks when required

Experience in having worked on Monster.com, naukri.com, career structure, indeed, job serve, job site etc.

Qualifications:

·      Graduate / Post Graduate

·      Experience of min 2+ years in the HR department

·      Good command over English Language.
