Job Description

HR Executive Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for executing and overseeing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, performance management, training, and policy implementation. This role supports the HR department in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with applicable best practices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

o  Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

o  Coordinate orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.

 

 Employee Relations:

o  Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

o  Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and effective communication.

 

 HR Policies & Compliance:

o  Implement and monitor adherence to company HR policies and procedures.

o  Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.

 

 Payroll & Attendance:

o  Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with finance/payroll teams.

o  Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and employee databases.

 

 Performance Management:

o  Support the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and employee development programs.

o  Assist managers in identifying training needs and coordinate learning & development activities.

 

 Employee Engagement & Welfare:

o  Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and celebrations.

o  Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends to support retention efforts.

 

 Reporting & HR Analytics:

o  Generate HR reports such as headcount, attrition, leave balances, etc.

o  Maintain up-to-date employee data in HR systems and personnel files.

 

 

 

 Support in Policy Development:

o  Contribute to the review and development of HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
