Roles and responsibilities

• Check & calculate attendance of employee at the time of salary. 
• Visit plant and check housekeeping daily.
• Make and update policies. 
• Maintain different registers for compliance purpose. 
• On boarding process of new joiner.
• Payroll Administration of all employees.
• Generate PF & ESIC Challan and take follow-up about payment. 
• Do compensation and benefit actions.
• Conduct disciplinary action in company.
• Do recruitment process when required.
• Make training programs and update it on regular basis when required.
• Do performance measurement and appraisal of employee.
• Maintain employee relation.
• Ensure health and safety of the employee.
• Resolving disputes/conflict that arises in the company.
• Conduct exit interview and retention of employee.
