We are in urgent requirement of 'HR Executive (Training)' for our retail chain stores at 'Planet Health'.

'Planet Health', founded in 2001, is among the pioneering specialty chain of pharmacy and wellness stores that has brought about a paradigm shift in the way drugs and wellness products are sold in India. Planet Health, presently operates a chain of 39 stores across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Anand, Surat and Vadodara in Gujarat.

Job Summary:

• Training the new joinees joining at different levels,
• Documentation and other joining formalities of new employees,
• Completing Induction process of all the new joinees
• Co-ordinating with DI's office for license registration,
• Recruiting Pharmacists,
• Preparing Training and Development modules for new products,
• Conducting refresher training for old employees,
• Assisting in RX Product Placement during New Store Launch.
• Coordinating with HR Department for other responsibilities,

Qualification: BPharm + MBA (preferable).

Job Timings: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM
