Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource professional to manage and execute end-to-end HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and policy implementation while working closely with department heads. This role will require a strong focus on recruitment for two specialized verticals:

• Bench Sales Recruitment
• UK HealthCare Recruitment



Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Hire and manage talent acquisition for both Bench Sales and UK Health Care departments.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Conduct performance appraisals and support professional development.

Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

Assist in the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Coordinate and support training and development initiatives.

Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.

Strong understanding of recruitment practices specific to Bench Sales and UK Health Care sectors is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with HR software and tools.
