• 👥 Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates
• Preparing & rolling out offer letters
• Smooth onboarding & induction process
• Creating and posting job advertisements
• 🕒 Payroll, Attendance & Compensation:
• Maintaining attendance & HRMS records
• Assisting in payroll processing
• Managing compensation & benefits
• Handling employee benefit queries
• 🤝 Employee Relations & Performance Management:
• Addressing employee issues & maintaining a positive work environment
• Supporting performance evaluation processes
• Conducting performance analysis
• Coordinating employee learning & development
• 📘 HR Policies, Compliance & Reporting:
• Assisting in drafting & updating HR policies
• Ensuring HR compliance with company standards
• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly HR reports
• Supporting strategic HR planning & initiatives

• Age: 20 – 45 years

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months
