Job Description
Khodiyar CAD Center (I) Pvt.Ltd. is India’s no.1 Training center in design and award by Autodesk last 9 years and by PTC for last 6 years and Solidworks for last 5 years. We are in Training, Software sales and consultancy for domestic, international and government project. We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively. Should be a Good listener, quick learner, Good Interpersonal and Analytical skills, negotiation skills and good at multi tasking, Problem solving and analytical skills also Fluent in English Communication also required Flexible and adaptive to the work environment. First Preference for candidate who have experience in end to end Requirement. Best opportunity for those candidate to switchover in placement agency to industries as company HR. Job Descriptions : • Design and update job descriptions • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri,Indeed,Times,Quikr and Monster,Apna etc..) • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates • Screen incoming resumes and application forms • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events • Bulk Hiring / Campus Hiring • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, placement consultancy, colleges, and industry associations • Completing timely reports on employment activity • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees • will be responsible to independently handle all Employee documentation • will be responsible to orient all new hires about the company • will be responsible to maintain good relations with all employees • Additional basic office responsibilities on the need basis • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures • Salary negotiation skill, reference check by past employer of candidate, candidate joining formalities.
