Role Overview

• Were on the lookout for an HR Executive to support our operations across Gujrat.
• This role will function as a regional HR generalist, being the single point of contact (SPOC) for all employees in the region.
• Youll act as a bridge between our on-ground teams and the central HR function ensuring seamless communication, efficient HR operations, and a great employee experience.
• Additionally, youll also support the Talent Acquisition team during hiring or whenever additional bandwidth is required in sourcing, screening, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR representative for our Gujrat employees, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the central HR team for smooth execution of all HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide timely updates to the central HR database.
• Partner with local managers and teams to identify HR needs and provide proactive support.
• Support exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding where applicable.
