Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of building strong HR systems in a fast-growing business environment.

 

Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Draft job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social platforms
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads
  • Ensure smooth joining and documentation process


2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, joining letters, salary certificates, and HR documents
  • Maintain employee records (physical & digital)
  • Manage probation reviews and confirmations


3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor daily attendance and punctuality
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports
  • Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
  • Manage leave records and salary adjustments


4. Performance & Employee Management

  • Assist in setting KPI-based evaluation systems
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews
  • Address employee grievances professionally
  • Support management in disciplinary actions


5. HR Policy & System Development

  • Develop and implement HR SOPs
  • Maintain workplace discipline and company culture
  • Ensure compliance with basic labor regulations


6. Employee Engagement

  • Organize team meetings, training sessions, and motivational activities
  • Promote a productive and professional work environment

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of payroll and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
