Softcolon Technologies is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Nikol, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups)

Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth hiring operations

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Assist in onboarding and induction processes

Support daily HR activities and employee engagement initiatives

Manage basic HR administration tasks

Requirements:

Proficiency in English communication is required

A minimum of 1 year of experience is essential

Prior experience in the IT sector is preferred

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR practices
