We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, payroll laws, HR policies, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), employee engagement, HRMS platforms, and daily HR operations. This role is crucial in supporting our workforce and ensuring seamless HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment:

• sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
• Conduct orientation programs for new employees.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll in compliance with labor laws.

• Handle statutory deductions and submissions (PF, ESIC, TDS).
• Maintain employee records related to salary, attendance, and leaves.

HR Policies & Documentation Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure policy compliance across departments.
• Maintain and update employee handbooks and manuals.

Employee Relations & Management Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.

• Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
• Conduct regular feedback and performance follow-up sessions.

HRMS & Daily Operations Maintain and update employee data in HRMS systems.

• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
• Oversee routine HR administrative tasks.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages Act, etc.)
• Proficiency in using HRMS software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
