HR Executive

• Recruitment & Hiring: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Manage grievances, conduct exit interviews, and act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
• Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
• Performance Management: Implement review procedures and coordinate training/development programs.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits and design compensation packages.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage HR software (HRIS/ATS), and oversee daily department activities.
