Job Title: HR Executive – Retail

Job Summary:

Looking for an HR Executive to manage hiring, employee lifecycle, and day-to-day HR operations for retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment of store staff
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
• Handle employee queries & grievances
• Coordinate with store managers for staffing & operations

Requirements:

• Graduate (HR preferred)
• 0–3 years of HR experience (retail preferred)
• Good communication & coordination skills
