HR Executive

The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures alignment between HR strategies and business goals, fostering a positive work environment while handling talent acquisition for all the department of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational growth and compliance with labor laws.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates via job portals and agencies to onboarding for technical positions in engineering and finance.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including performance appraisals, training programs, and career development plans.
• Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and employee grievance resolution.
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor regulations; prepare and file relevant returns timely.
• Monitor employee engagement through surveys, exit interviews, and retention initiatives to reduce turnover.
• Collaborate with department heads (e.g., project, accounts teams) to forecast staffing needs and align HR with project timelines.
• Maintain confidential employee records, generate HR reports, and advise management on workforce planning and profitability impacts from labor costs.
• Promote a safety-focused culture, especially for site-based roles in façade engineering.
