1. Attendance & Time Office

Check daily attendance of staff & labor

Follow up for missing punch, leave updates

Maintain overtime records (if applicable)

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

Post job vacancies on portals

Shortlist CVs and schedule interviews

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters

Complete joining formalities and create employee files

3. HR Documentation

Maintain employee records, ID cards, contract papers

Update HR MIS sheets (attendance, leaves, salary inputs)

4. Payroll Assistance

Share monthly attendance & leave report with accounts

Track salary changes, new joinees, resignations

5. Employee Relations

Handle employee queries & grievances

Support management communication to staff

Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed

6. Compliance Support

Assist in PF/ESI documentation

Support audits, maintain statutory registers

7. General Admin Coordination

Coordinate for uniforms, stationery, housekeeping

Assist in canteen/safety/office administration tasks

Location : Odhav

Salary Criteria : 20k to 25k Depends on Interview
