* Screen resumes, and Shortlist the best profile as per the Requirement

* Schedule Interview

* Maintain Recruitment MIS

* Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives.

* Maintain and update candidate databases.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a Related field

* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
