HR Executive

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports organizational goals by maintaining a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.

Support performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Prepare HR reports such as attendance, leave records, and turnover reports.

Manage employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.

Assist management in implementing HR strategies and policies.
