Job Description
Job Title: HR & People Operations Executive
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad (On-site)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for a practical and responsible HR Executive who can handle day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing, creative work environment. This role is not limited to recruitment it involves attendance management, employee coordination, documentation, discipline support, and overall HR administration. The position is on-site at our Ahmedabad office and requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with both management and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance and leave tracking
- Prepare and verify salary inputs for payroll processing
- Handle onboarding documentation and employee records
- Support recruitment process (screening, scheduling, coordination)
- Maintain HR files, compliance records, and documentation
- Coordinate with interns and employees regarding HR policies
- Assist in handling discipline and workplace issues
- Support Full & Final settlement process when required
- Visit institutes for internship coordination and MOU discussions (if required)
Office Coordination & Administration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and a comfortable work environment
- Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, and basic upkeep
- Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and service providers
- Support management with follow-ups and execution of people and office-related tasks
Who Should Apply
- 0 to 2 years of experience in HR or HR + Admin roles
- Experience in a startup, small company, or growing setup is preferred
- Comfortable working with young teams and interns
- Friendly, approachable, people-focused, yet firm and professional
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
- Willing to take ownership and work in a hands-on, non-corporate environment
Important Note:
- This is a hands-on HR operations role, not a recruiter-only role.
- The position is strictly on-site in Ahmedabad (Makarba).
- The role requires discipline, accountability, and the ability to handle responsibility independently.
