Job Title: HR Executive

We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Executive who can handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing positions, and support hiring needs across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews
• Schedule interviews with clients or internal managers
• Coordinate between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Follow up with candidates till joining
• Handle offer rollout and joining formalities
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure positive candidate experience
