Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad (On-site)

Reports To: President / Management

Position: Full Time

Candidate Requirement: Female candidates only



Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance while contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture.



Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for accounting, bookkeeping, and support roles
  • Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities
  • Design and manage structured onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation



2. Performance Management

  • Support goal setting and performance review processes
  • Assist management with appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms
  • Track attendance, productivity, and employee performance data



3. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
  • Support bonus, increment, and payroll-related documentation



4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Address grievances and ensure smooth internal communication
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and professional work environment



5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Manage disciplinary actions and exit formalities
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical HR practices



6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
  • Support skill development and internal training programs



7. HR Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management
  • Track hiring, attrition, attendance, and engagement metrics



Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor laws
  • Experience in a service-based or professional office environment preferred



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
