Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad (On-site)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance while contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for accounting, bookkeeping, and support roles
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities
- Design and manage structured onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
2. Performance Management
- Support goal setting and performance review processes
- Assist management with appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms
- Track attendance, productivity, and employee performance data
3. Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
- Support bonus, increment, and payroll-related documentation
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Address grievances and ensure smooth internal communication
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations
- Promote a positive, respectful, and professional work environment
5. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage disciplinary actions and exit formalities
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical HR practices
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
- Support skill development and internal training programs
7. HR Reporting
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management
- Track hiring, attrition, attendance, and engagement metrics
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Sound knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor laws
- Experience in a service-based or professional office environment preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
