Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad (On-site)

Address: Karia Corporate Tower, Near Gate 6. Karia Lake, Naroda, Ahmedabad

Reports To: President / Management

Position: Full Time

Candidate Requirement: Female candidates only



Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our growing business group. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance management.



Key Responsibilities


1.Recruitment & Hiring


• Source, screen, and schedule interviews

• Coordinate onboarding of new employees

• Manage recruitment pipeline for different departments


2. Employee Management


• Attendance and leave management

• Employee records & documentation

• Handle employee queries and grievances


3. HR Operations


• Payroll coordination with accounts team

• Maintain HRMS / employee database

• Exit formalities and full & final settlements


4. Policies & Compliance


• Ensure labor law/basic compliance

• Draft and implement HR policies

• Support performance review process


5. Culture & Engagement


• Employee engagement activities

• Improve retention and workplace culture


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor laws
  • Experience in a service-based or professional office environment preferred



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
