HR Executive / Recruiter / Admin Executive

We are looking for a HR Executive / Recruiter / Admin Executive to support our hiring process, employee coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, people-oriented, and interested in growing their career in HR and operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • HR & Recruitment
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles
  • Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage walk-in interviews
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for hiring requirements
  • Maintain candidate data and interview records


Employee Coordination

  • Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
  • Coordinate attendance, leave records, and basic HR communication
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management


Admin & Office Support

  • Handle office coordination and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain internal records, documents, and trackers
  • Support day-to-day operational activities as required


Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of **HR and recruitment processes**
  • Good **communication skills** (English + Hindi; regional language is a plus)
  • Comfortable using **Excel / Google Sheets**
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and candidates


Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Prior internship or experience in HR / recruitment
  • Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, Apna, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of HR documentation and policies


Experience Level

  • Fresher or 0–2 years of experience
