Job Summary

Exceledge Placements is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll management, recruitment, team handling, employee relations, and establishing strong corporate HR policies while ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compliance

1. End-to-end payroll generation, validation, and disbursement
2. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including ESIC, PF, and labor laws
3. Maintain accurate payroll records, deductions, and employee documentation

Recruitment & Talent Management

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles (IT, Sales, Support, Operations)
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
3. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes

People & Team Management

1. Handle day-to-day people management and employee lifecycle activities
2. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, performance concerns, and workplace issues
3. Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven work culture

HR Operations & Policies

1. Develop, implement, and enforce corporate HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
2. Ensure discipline, attendance management, shift adherence, and internal HR processes
3. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company data

Leadership & Coordination

1. Lead and manage the HR team efficiently
2. Coordinate with leadership on workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational growth
3. Support management with HR analytics, reports, and compliance updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR
3. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, ESIC, labor laws, and compliance

Excellent communication, people-handling, and conflict-resolution skills

1. Experience working in night shifts / US-shift environments preferred
