📝 Job Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Talent Acquisition & HiringManage end-to-end recruitment for operations, sales, and corporate roles.

• Build a strong pipeline of field staff, operations executives, and support teams.
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and ensure timely onboarding.

2️⃣ HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain employee records, attendance, and monthly payroll coordination.

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Implement HR processes for Pan-India operations.

3️⃣ Employee Engagement & CulturePlan team engagement activities and retention initiatives.

• Resolve employee grievances proactively.
• Promote Buffindia’s culture of sustainability, accountability, and innovation.

4️⃣ Performance ManagementConduct periodic performance reviews with department heads.

• Track KPIs for field teams and operations teams.
• Support training and upskilling programs.

🎯 Required Skills3–5 years of HR experience (preferably with operations-heavy or service-based companies).

• Strong communication & people management skills.
• Knowledge of HRMS tools, recruitment portals, and compliance basics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.

🎓 QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

💼 Salary Range₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives.

📍 Location: Nikol – Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
