Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (USA Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter & Employee Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment and maintain effective coordination with employees. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee welfare practices, especially in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates)
2. Identify and hire suitable candidates as per client/company requirements
3. Maintain strong coordination with employees and resolve their queries
4. Ensure smooth onboarding and employee documentation
5. Handle employee records and maintain HR databases
6. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
7. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance)
8. Support employee engagement and welfare activities
9. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2. Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, and employee welfare policies
3. Understanding of HR policies in IT companies
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good organizational and coordination abilities
6. Ability to work in a night shift (US timing)
7. Familiarity with recruitment tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills

1. Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination
2. Knowledge of IT hiring processes
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
