• Key Responsibilities:Company ke liye recruitment aur hiring process handle karna
• Manpower planning aur future requirement analyze karna
• Employee onboarding, induction aur exit process manage karna
• Company ki HR policies & SOPs banana aur implement karna
• Employees ke attendance, leave aur discipline ko monitor karna
• Payroll, salary structure aur incentives ke liye accounts team ke saath coordination
• Employee grievance handling aur conflict resolution
• Performance appraisal system design aur manage karna
• Training & development programs plan karna
• Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws) ensure karna
• Management ko HR reports & MIS provide karna
