HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for sales, factory, technical, and corporate roles

• Employee onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes

• HR policy creation and implementation

• Attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance support

• Performance management and appraisal systems

• Employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Training coordination and skill development planning

• HR MIS and reporting to management

• Support management in organizational structuring during expansion

Desired Profile

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification

• 4 to 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager

• Experience in manufacturing or B2B environment preferred

• Strong recruitment and people management skills

• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and scale HR systems
