Periodically organize HR Counselling for particular trainers to educate how they can make the training more effective for the trainees. Plan and implement strategies to start CSR Activities and involve HR team actively in any operation. 100 % Involvement in Administration work such as Building Maintenance, Organization Assets, AMC Management, Security Management, Housekeeping activities, Staff Management, New Vendor Development, Guest Hospitality. Organizing & implementing Employee welfare activities with supports of HR department staffs. Supporting Hands to all daily HR routine Activities.
