Responsibilities of candidates includes:


 Job postings on websites and circulate in internally, prescreening of applied resumes. Encourage and motivate Rabatex employees for Referral Policy to attract the right candidates on time

Coordinate with Department Heads and as per the Recruitment SOP, Conduct HR rounds of interview to smooth line Recruitment Process. 

Manage Socia Media Accounts for Job Posting and Build Up the connections with same industries experience candidates.

Scheduled weekly/ monthly/yearly training schedule and ensure the effective training to be conducted by Concern Trainer on time with effective training supporting documents and material.

On base of the training - do periodically evaluation of trainees and Trainers. On Base of the evaluation define the skill matrix of individual and whole department.

Periodically organize HR Counselling for particular trainers to educate how they can make the training more effective for the trainees.

Plan and implement strategies to start CSR Activities and involve HR team actively in any operation.

100 % Involvement in Administration work such as Building Maintenance, Organization Assets, AMC Management, Security Management, Housekeeping activities, Staff Management, New Vendor Development, Guest Hospitality.

Organizing & implementing Employee welfare activities with supports of HR department staffs.

Supporting Hands to all daily HR routine Activities.
