HR Payroll Executive

Job Description:

• Collect and manage daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
• Accurately calculate bonuses, allowances, and statutory deductions.
• Manage statutory compliances including PF & ESIC.
• Ensure all legal compliances related to HR and payroll are met.
• Process monthly payroll using relevant payroll software & Salary Process.
• Schedule bank transfers or distribute paychecks manually as required.
• Distribute salary slips and maintain proper records of payment acknowledgements.
• Maintain and report payroll expenses in coordination with the accounts team.
• Ensure all payroll processes are compliant with current tax and wage regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including bank details, PAN, and other statutory information.
