1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Handle end-to-end hiring for FTC and frontline roles; source candidates through multiple channels including vendors, job boards, and referrals.

2. Recruitment Drive Execution

Plan and coordinate bulk hiring events and walk-ins in line with staffing requirements.

3. Onboarding & Documentation

Ensure smooth onboarding experience including documentation, induction, and orientation for all FTC employees.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Liaise with internal teams and recruitment vendors to ensure timely closures and quality hires.

5. MIS & Recruitment Reporting

Maintain accurate hiring data, dashboards, and reports to track recruitment metrics and hiring efficiency.
