Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and maintaining healthy employee relations within the organization. The candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to identify the right talent, and experience in handling employee engagement and HR operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with management and department heads.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely hiring for open positions.
• Employee RelationsMaintain a positive employee–employer relationship within the organization.
• Address employee queries and workplace concerns professionally.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and workplace culture building.
• Handle employee documentation and HR records.
