Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: UK Shift – 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with a strong background in BPO hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality talent, and ensuring smooth on boarding. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of BPO roles and hiring demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various BPO positions (voice, non-voice, backend, customer support, technical support, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and coordination of further interview rounds.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for bulk and niche BPO hiring.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and skill expectations.
- Manage candidate documentation, offer process, salary negotiation, and on boarding support.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment cycle within defined TATs and quality standards.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
- Promote employer branding through effective communication and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter with mandatory BPO hiring experience.
- Strong knowledge of BPO roles, shifts, salary structures, and industry trends.
- Hands-on experience with hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring targets efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
High level of accountability, professionalism, and result orientation.
