Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: UK Shift – 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with a strong background in BPO hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality talent, and ensuring smooth on boarding. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of BPO roles and hiring demands.


 Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various BPO positions (voice, non-voice, backend, customer support, technical support, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and coordination of further interview rounds.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for bulk and niche BPO hiring.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and skill expectations.
  • Manage candidate documentation, offer process, salary negotiation, and on boarding support.
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment cycle within defined TATs and quality standards.
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Promote employer branding through effective communication and engagement.


 Required Skills & Qualification


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter with mandatory BPO hiring experience.
  • Strong knowledge of BPO roles, shifts, salary structures, and industry trends.
  • Hands-on experience with hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle bulk hiring targets efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
