Alliance Recruitment Agency is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist / Internal Recruiter to join our growing HR team.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, and contribute to the organization’s overall talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities🔹 Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage the complete hiring process from requisition intake to offer rollout
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and role specifications
• Source candidates through multiple channels including internal databases, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
• Manage interview feedback, candidate communication, and timely follow-ups
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications
• Prepare and extend offer letters and support smooth onboarding of new hires

🔹 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Proactively identify and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements

🔹 Employer Branding

• Contribute to strengthening and promoting the employer brand to attract top talent

🔹 Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners

🔹 Data & ATS Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
