HR Recruiter

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for Pickers and many positions across various

client locations. The ideal candidate will have strong field hiring experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

• Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit Blue Coller through field visits, job fairs, and local references.

• Coordinate with local partners, Clients , and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct interviews and ensure proper documentation (KYC, UAN, PAN, Bank details, etc.).
• Maintain and update daily hiring reports and trackers.
• Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
• Handle field escalations and maintain good relations with client SPOCs.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years of field recruitment experience (preferably in logistics, delivery, or staffing industry).
• Strong networking and field sourcing skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Smartphone and two-wheeler required for field mobility.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
