Job Description
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals & headhunting.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual initial interviews.
- Communicate with clients to clarify job roles and expectations.
- Share suitable profiles and receive timely feedback.
- Coordinate interview schedules and updates.
- Maintain healthy client relationships.
- Arrange interviews between clients and candidates.
- Follow up before and after each round.
- Support salary negotiation and final selection.
- Assist in offer preparation and acceptance.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Update daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports.
- Use ATS/CRM tools for proper data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and candidate information.
- Coordinate with clients for joining formalities.
- Track candidate joining status.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience.
