We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for identifying current and future hiring needs, attracting top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
• Source and screen candidates using databases, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Provide feedback to candidates and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding processes for selected candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
• Promote employer branding and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
• Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate sourcing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
