1st and 3rd Saturday: Half-day working

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle—from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to attract and engage top talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.

Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.

Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ fit for company culture and job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
