Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will be instrumental in strengthening TPF’s talent ecosystem by partnering with companies we work with to support their tech hiring needs. You’ll build and manage candidate pipelines, coordinate between companies and candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. This is a full-time role focused on driving TPF’s dedicated hiring initiative.

What You’ll Do

Talent Pipeline & Sourcing

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified tech candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing strategies. Naukri
• Proactively engage with potential candidates and maintain ongoing relationships to support current and future hiring needs. Wikipedia

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate closely with partner companies to understand hiring requirements and priorities. LinkedIn Business Solutions

End-to-End Recruitment Support

• Support full recruitment cycle from sourcing to shortlist delivery, candidate tracking, and hiring closure. LinkedIn Business Solutions

Who You Are

• HR/Recruitment professional with 0–3+ years experience in talent sourcing, pipeline building, and end-to-end recruitment — ideally with tech hiring exposure. Naukri

• Comfortable managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Talowiz
