Job SummarySilicon Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Candidates with prior experience as an HR Executive will have an additional advantage.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Assist in offer letter preparation and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Preferred CandidateCandidates with HR Executive experience will have an additional advantage.
• Experience in technical/engineering recruitment will be advantage.
