🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for various departments
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, feedback collection, and selection decisions
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining formalities
• Maintain and update candidate records
• Represent Finvis at job fairs and recruitment events
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal hiring policies
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
