HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and result driven HR Recruiter to manage end to end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across sales, factory operations, installation teams, and corporate roles. The recruiter will play a key role in building a strong workforce aligned with company growth plans.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Handle end to end recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to offer rollout
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs
• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, and local networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with management
• Negotiate salary and close candidates efficiently
• Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring reports

Employer Branding

• Build and maintain talent pipeline for future hiring
• Develop hiring strategies for sales teams, factory staff, and technical roles
• Represent the company professionally to attract quality candidates

Onboarding

• Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation
• Coordinate induction and orientation process
• Maintain employee records
