HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruiting (posting, screening, interviewing), coordinate interviews, draft offers, and oversee new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records (HRIS), manage attendance, draft letters (offer, confirmation, termination), and prepare HR reports.
• Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives, plan culture-building activities, and gather employee feedback.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolve conflicts, handle disciplinary actions, and promote positive communication.
