HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to deliver a high-quality candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions.
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring team.

2. Candidate Management

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress.
• Support hiring managers in final selection and salary negotiations.

4. Onboarding Support

• Coordinate offer rollouts, background checks, and joining formalities.
• Assist in smooth transition of selected candidates to onboarding team.
