Work closely with operations leadership to understand business needs and align HR strategy accordingly.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Drive engagement activities, conduct regular connects, address grievances, and ensure a healthy workplace culture.

3. Policy Implementation & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliance, and labor law requirements for FTC employees.

4. Performance Management

Support performance reviews, productivity tracking, and provide guidance for corrective actions when required.

5. Attrition Management & Retention

Monitor attrition trends, conduct exit interviews, and build action plans to retain key talent.
