Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Junior HRBP to join our dynamic team at Swiggy Instamart . Your

expertise in HR will enable you to build strong relationships with employees and management,

fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale

and engagement.

● Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee complaints in a fair and timely

manner.

● Escalation Resolution: Prioritize and resolve escalations from the group, ensuring

prompt and effective solutions.

● Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with employees, management,

and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

● HR Support: Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on

various HR-related matters.

Key Requirements-:

● Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.

● Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.

● Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

● Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.

● Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
