Job Summary

Navrix Infotech LLP is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, HR administration, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases
• Prepare HR reports and MIS using MS Office
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures

Payroll & Compliance

• Assist in payroll processing and salary coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Handle employee queries related to HR and payroll

Employee Engagement & Performance

• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Assist in performance management processes
• Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (preferred)

• Freshers with strong interest in HR OR candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced BPO environment
• Professional attitude with high confidentiality standards
